2. General information on data processing

When you contact us via the contact form, your information from the form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored in order to process your request. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries).

4.2 Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you regular updates. Registration uses a double opt-in process. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

4.3 User account / Shop

To use our shop, we naturally need your data. We store the data you enter (e.g., name, address, email). This data is used for carrying out pre-contractual measures and for fulfilling the contract in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR.

4.4 Payment processing via PayPal

We offer payment via PayPal. Provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. As part of the payment processing, personal data (e.g., name, address, payment details) is transmitted to PayPal. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Our website integrates features from Instagram. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you visit a page containing an Instagram plugin, a connection is established to Instagram’s servers. Data is then transmitted to Instagram. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). 7. Storage period

We process and store personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
